Chelsea and I truly enjoy having granola with our yogurt so we decided for this challenge that we would create a delicious parfait. We made it in layers though. 17264968_1299417636819714_4302607612943065394_nWe decide to put a small layer of vanilla yogurt on the bottom, then a small layer of bananas, and then a layer of granola. We kept repeating the layers with each fruit layer being different. We used Bananas first, Strawberries next and Blueberries for the top layer. We wanted our parfaits to look amazing so we added a little dash of lite whipped cream on top. Chelsea was so excited to try out our little creation. This is so delicious. We feel that it would be a healthy alternative to Ice Cream or other dishes.
