I just love the bamboo poly filled pillow. It is so soft and comfortable to lay on. I have noticed that I have been sleeping somewhat better than I used. I am almost always the type to toss and turn. I have been trying several different pillows and I really feel this one is the best choice for me. Everyone tends to be different and needs different types of pillows to sleep better. I am a side sleeper and feel this is a great choice for me. I noticed that my daughter even enjoys laying on this pillow instead of some of her little pillows.  I also like using the bamboo wedge pillow with this one.
