Chelsea and I have been working very hard on getting ready for the holiday season. We have been using Swagbucks, Ibotta, Checkout 51, Shopkick, Receipt Hog and My Coke Rewards just to name a few. We really want to share our fortunes with one of our lucky readers.
Swagbucks has been a blessing we have managed to save up enough points for $100 in gift cards. We mainly just answer surveys, watch videos, discover new products, search the internet and do online shopping. You are able to earn points that can be redeemed for Paypal and many different gift cards. If you are not a member of Swagbucks (During the month of October you get a bonus 100 Swagbucks after you complete your first Gold Survey and make 300 Swagbucks): Click Here to Join
Ibotta, Checkout 51 and SavingsStar are smartphone apps that provide rebates for many items you may get at the grocery store. Just yesterday I was able to get $10 from Ibotta for redeem 11 different rebates as well as getting a bonus. I redeemed rebates for buying Milk, Carrots, Zucchini, Bread and Cereal just to name a few. You get a $10 bonus after you redeem your first rebate: Click Here to Sign Up
Since we have been doing so well with these programs we wanted to share some of our luck with one of our lucky readers. We also wanted to let our readers know about these programs so that they may also try them out for themselves.

What programs do you use to help you save and budget? If you already use Swagbucks and Ibotta do you have tips to share so that others can enjoy the benefits of these programs as well?
I try to look for sales on Amazon, they usually have a ton of good sales throughout the year not just the holidays. I tend to buy things all year round and save them. Ibotta is good but I live in a rural area and I find we don’t have a lot of offers. Maybe in a metro it would work better. Thanks for sharing tips!
I usually shop all year round, when I find a good deal, I get it and put it away for Christmas, then by the time it gets here, I am almost done and have spend 1/4 of the money 🙂 I love Ibotta and Saving Star being a couponer!!! Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for the generous share!
I look throughout the year for good deals, so I don’t get hit with a big chunk of money all at once.
During the holidays I save because I’ve already done most of my shopping throughout the year – scoring good deals and using coupons is always great. I’ve used Swagbucks gift cards before and it helped! 🙂
