Chelsea and I were both very surprised when our Calico Critters arrived at our door for us to review. Let me say first off that I believe these are meant for children ages 5 or older. The accessories are very small so I had to put them up Chelsea for one would not lose the pieces but also because she still occasionally puts things in her mouth. I don’t want any mishaps. I did however let her play with the families and the larger accessories such as Chairs, table and other furniture. 

I did a bit of research about getting Chelsea other parts to the collection. I found out that these toys were around when I was a kid too. I just never knew it. These are definitely toys that will keep my daughter entertained for a long time. She actually has been playing with her house for the past couple hours today and several hours yesterday. I love that the floor can be made to be outdoors or indoor flooring. It snaps right on to the house very easily.
