Fitbug Orb– This is great for fitness lovers and people that are new to the fitness tracking scene. It tracks your steps as well as your sleeping habits. You can wear it as a bracelet or even clip it to your pants if you wanted. I have been using the Fitbug for a little over a week. The first week of using the Fitbug it really gets to know you the way that you are health wise whether you are only doing 5000 steps a day or 15000 steps a day. The next week it will give you targets to reach so that you get work on meeting your health goals. I am on my way to a healthier person. I have a goal of losing 100 lbs in the next year and a half. I have managed to lose a little less than 10lbs and have kept it off. Its pretty neat that you can enter what your eating in the system and what exercise activities you are doing. You do have to manually enter most of the items in and I personally like the way it looks on the computer screen compared to smartphone. It doesn’t let you update anything on the smartphone except your steps count which is blue toothed into the system.
Kiqplan is a weight loss subscription plan that you can get as a gift card. The weight loss plan is 12 weeks long and is a smartphone application that syncs with Fitbug. I am just getting the hang of this application so I will be adding more to this in the near future. One thing I did notice make sure you install the application that matches your gift card. If you don’t and register for the wrong one you will have to register with a different email address.
