I have been wanting to learn how to make new dishes and some of them require certain weight amounts for the ingredients. I was excited when I learned I was going to be able to review.  This kitchen scale is perfect. I love the size of this scale. Getting new items for my kitchen really gets me into wanting to start cooking new recipes. Some recipes require you to weigh different ingredients. I love the touch screen on it and all the different ways it measures whatever you need to weigh. I love that I am able to weigh other things besides food like packages I am mailing even items that I am using for crafts.
