Chelsea and I enjoy baking and creating different things together during the holiday season well actually year round. We love making cookies, cupcakes, muffins, cakes and even rice krispie treats. So for Christmas Eve Chelsea and I made Sugar Cookie Rice Krispie Treats with Posts Limited Edition Cereal. Chelsea and I really enjoyed this activity together. Chelsea helped me mix up the marshmallows with the cereal.

Ingredients:

• 1/2 stick of butter (Melt for 45 seconds)
• 11 1/2 oz bag of mini marshmallows
• 1 box of Sugar Cookie Pebbles Cereal

Directions:

Melt the butter in a large bowl in microwave for 45 seconds. Add the marshmallows to it, stir it to make sure the butter coats the marshmallows before melting and melt for 1 1/2 mins. Add Cereal to the mix. Then place your rice krispies mix into a 9 x 13 pan and pat it down evenly. Let the mixture cool down so that you can cut the treats into your desired shapes.
