This shower sprays have really helped me relax and unwind when I getting ready to head to bed.  They come in 4 different scents Pink Grapefruit, Lavender, Eucalyptus, and Tangerine.  My favorites are the Pink Grapefruit and Tangerine. I love the citrus smell type sprays. These are a great gift to let the ladies in your life just relax and take a load off. I put my daughter in bed and then climb in the shower just enjoy the scents of these sprays.
