Delicious Desserts: Cherry Crunch
The holidays are right around the corner. With family get togethers and parties coming up quick recipes are needed to make them successful. Here is one that is well known in my family. I love to mix it up and put peach filling in instead delicious! If you put the peach filling skip the lemon juice.
- 2 cans cherry pie filling (or Peach Filling)
- 1 pkg. white or yellow moist cake mix
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
9×13 Pan Pour pie filling in bottom of pan sprinkle lemon juice. Combine cake mix, nuts and butter. Sprinkle over pie filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes til Golden Brown. (Glass pan 325 degrees)
