This product is just what I needed to help me with cooking meals especially during the holiday season. With friends and family coming over for the holidays I want to make sure that all my meals are prepared correctly at the proper temperature.  This product allows me to do just that. I comes with a carrying case to product the thermometer when not in use. I love that the screen lights up when in use so that you can see the temperature clearly.
