I have notice that around the holidays each year there are new baking kits available at the grocery stores. Chelsea and I came across the Pumpkin Creme Cake Kit by Pillsbury the last time we were at the store. I grabbed one so that we can try it out. You could smell the aroma of the pumpkin mix as I was preparing the batter. First you mix the batter with 3 eggs, 1/2 a cup of oil and 1 cup of water. Make sure that you get all of the clumps out. Spray the bundt pan with pam so that the cake doesn’t stick to the pan. Evenly spread out the batter in the pan. Next mix the creme filling. You will need 2 table spoons of oil and 3 tablespoons of water. I had to add a few extra drops of water to get it mixed properly. Place the creme filling evenly in the middle of the cake make sure it doesn’t touch the edges.  Bake for 30 to 40 mins at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. We haven’t ate any of ours yet as its for our get together later on today.
