Its hard for me to believe that it has been 4 years since my grandma passed away. She beat it several times it seemed like she would be good for 4 to 6 months and it would strike again even harder than the last time. It was so hard to see her sick all of the time especially towards the end of her life. She was getting so weak and so frail. She was born April 25th 1942. She married on July 21st 1962.

They lived many happy years together and were married for almost 50 years. My Grandpa also passed away shortly after from another form of cancer on January 25th, 2011.

This is close to home, I lost my grandmother to breast cancer and my mom is a survivor, and it scares the hell out of me.

  2. I’m so sorry about the loss of your Grandma. Your Grandparents look like the perfect couple, so happy together. Thoughts and prayers for you and your family.
