Coley & Chelsea’s Easy Crock pot Meals

Chicken Carrot Broccoli and Potato Soup

We have been in the mood for some yummy potato soup lately so started out with a recipe for potato soup and I have now changed it here’s my recipe for Chicken Carrot Broccoli and Potato Soup.

Ingredients:

3 medium size chicken breasts (cut them up in smaller pieces)

1 30oz bag of frozen hash browns (preferably squares)

2 cans of cream of mushroom soup

either one 32 ounce can of chicken broth or 4 bouillons chicken flavored mixed with 4 cups of water

1 bag of carrots and broccoli (fresh)

1 vegetable bouillon

2 onion bouillon

a dash of minced onions

1 8oz pkg of Cream Cheese

Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions:

Mix the chicken broth, cream of mushroom soup, vegetable bouillon and onion bouillon. Add the bag of hash browns as well as the chicken. Let it cook in the crock-pot for 6-7 hours or until chicken and hash browns are fully cooked. Stir occasionally or the hash browns will stick to the bottom of the crock-pot. 2 hours before serving add in the carrots and broccoli. Do a taste test just to see if you need to add more onion or salt. 1 hour before serving add the cream cheese.

When serving add Cheddar Cheese on top for some yummy cheese flavoring. My family loves cheese.
